Sergio Lub Canada Return Policy & Guarantee:

Your satisfaction with merchandise purchased from this web site is guaranteed. If for some reason you find it necessary to return an item, please call for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without return authorization numbers will not be processed nor accepted. We will not accept returned packages COD. A restocking charge of 15% will be charged for all returned items, unless otherwise approved. Special orders, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returned or they will be subject to a restocking fee. We guarantee products only when used for the purpose intended, under fair treatment and ordinary conditions. We will replace or repair – at our discretion, articles which prove to be defective in workmanship.

Backorders:

We make every attempt to have all items in stock; however, in the event that we backorder an item, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Freight Shortages or Damages:

If your shipment has been damaged, be sure your delivery person notes this on the freight bill before you sign it. The carrier guarantees safe delivery. Any claims due to damage or loss during shipment must be made to the carrier.
